We took a guided tour for the anniversary in September. We ordered the tour by phone, everything else - the contract, payment, tickets, vouchers and the tour program by e-mail. Everything is fast, convenient, without problems.
The host was U.T.A. Excellent transfer from and to the airport and excellent excursion service (thanks to the guides Oksana and Alexandra). We are very satisfied with the service and will recommend the company to our friends.
