Columbus and I (Nizhny Novgorod) turned to the travel agency on the recommendation of relatives who already had experience of cooperation with this travel agency. They were very pleased after a trip to Tunisia on a tour they had chosen. Before traveling to Thailand, my mother and I studied many offers from tour operators, visited several tour agencies, but nevertheless came to the conclusion that Columbus and I have the best prices for tours! The managers of the company quickly completed the necessary documents for us, gave us valuable instructions regarding the flight, transfer to the hotel and check-in at the hotel (since this was the first trip abroad). Upon returning from Thailand a few days later, we were contacted to get an objective assessment of the tour. This suggests that the work of the agency's employees is focused on long-term relationships with clients. Next time I will definitely use this company, I recommend it to everyone!
