The trip went great.
Negative reviews are a little surprising, perhaps some local flaws.
From the order to the return flight, there were no conflicts or incidents, at least in our group. Met, brought settled (hotel Brezina). The guides were always at the agreed place at the appointed time, all excursions in full + answered any questions (including how Russians live in the Czech Republic). In Austria it was the same. No one was expected anywhere, no one was looking for, no one was called.
Therefore, I believe that the work of the operator, in general, was at a high level.
