If you want extreme and rest and a lot of problems, then Natalie Tours is for you!! Disgusting tour operator who does not bear any responsibility. Rested in February 2011 in Thailand. When we chose a hotel in the Moscow office of Natalie Tours, we stopped at 4 * Ambassador, the tour operator showed us excellent photos, said that the hotel is not far from the center of Pattaya, a 5-minute walk. When we arrived at the desired hotel, we were settled in the INN WING building, this is a building that does not have any 1*!! The former military barracks, where it stinks, there is a huge dampness, at the reception they do not understand either English or Russian, they settled in a room next to the laundry room, to which there is a lot of dirty laundry and it is always open! There were no windows in the room, only 2 small vents on top, a gorgeous view from the vents overlooked the underground parking, the TV did not work, which is not surprising - it's just prehistoric!
The ceilings were yellow, the bed linen was covered in blood (pillow), not all on/light switches worked, all kinds of local animals crawled into the "windows", it was unrealistic to breathe normally, because there was a lot of dampness! The guide that brought us to the miracle hotel disappeared unnoticed. We called the hotel guide. As a solution to the problem, he offered to pay 1200 baht (1200 rubles) per day and live in another building or leave everything as it is. The tourists who arrived with us also expected help from him, he did not even come! We communicated exclusively by phone. They learned the number of Sergey's senior guide from him. Sergey, apparently used to the fact that tourists call him about this, was not very polite and said that if we don’t like something and show off, he will make sure that we don’t fly out of the country at all! Then he hung up. Very adequate people are the employees of the company!! Having called the Moscow office, the manager Elena also could not help in any way.
Since the situation was hopeless, (since we spent the night at the Ambassador Inn Wing one night, we realized that it was not even possible to sleep there), we moved to another hotel, at our own expense. This is how the tour operator Natalie Tours solves the problems of tourists in a foreign country! As we found out later, the Ambassador Hotel is a fortune hotel, it has 4 buildings and settles wherever you are lucky, 3 buildings are good, and one INN WING is a TERRIBLE GASPANT! Naturally, the travel agency does not warn about this in advance, so as not to lose its client! They also deceived the location of the hotel, it is very far from the center! You have to go by tuk-tuk for 15-20 minutes for 200 baht (200 rubles) Think well before taking a tour from Natalie Tours!
