My name is Ekaterina! I went through this travel agency more than once, but everything always went well as standard. You buy a tour, pay, fly. Everything is nice and pleasant. I would like to tell you about the history of the trip to the Maldives!
last September my husband and I planned our honeymoon trip. Alexandra was our manager
Neumoev. We have known Alexandra for a long time, we don’t communicate with anyone except her, we only trust her !!! The person is available and ready to help 24 hours a day !!! Alexandra suggested that we combine a tour and visit Dubai in addition to the Maldives. We agreed, because we had long dreamed of getting to this city at least for a couple of days.
Everything started normally. We flew to the Maldives (approx. Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa hotel, good four, Emirates flight - as always at the level), we were met, accommodated, fed! A full-fledged paradise vacation has begun !!! I advise everyone.
As far as everyone knows, to get to the island, you must also use a transfer by plane or boat. We had a plane. They delivered us on time, without delay. But on departure, a very unpleasant situation happened!
Firstly, Toptrips company immediately warned us to book the return transfer and check it in advance. We, as executive tourists, two days before departure from the hotel, began to fiddle with the transfer service, they told us, they say, don’t worry, you will have time to fly away on time, you will have time for the flight !! The day came for departure from the island. We arrived at the appointed time, and then they told us that our transfer was delayed. It was delayed for 2 hours !!!! for 2 hours!!!!! As it turned out, this is quite a standard situation .. Naturally, we missed our plane in Dubai. And he flies from Male once a day !! The worst thing is that no one on the island is responsible for this.
We were shocked and upset, because we understood that we definitely didn’t get to Dubai ((now we just had to get back to St. Petersburg. I wrote a short message to Alexandra on VKontakte that we didn’t get on the transfer. "on the ears" of the tour operator, who, in turn, contacted the Emirates airline. In general, I don’t know the details of how Sasha was doing there, but an hour after we realized that we were late, we flew to Male, where we were met by a guide, took us to the hotel, and they also organized a tour of Male!!! Of course, there is nothing to see there, but we were just pleased with such frenzied support. In Dubai, our two-day tour was also shifted, the hotel and departure were moved one day ahead !!
We enjoyed this trip. We were also delighted with Dubai.
We arrived satisfied, and now we recommend everyone to go on a trip not on their own, but through a travel agency, of course, we recommend ONLY TOPTRIPS! By the way, I have already bought a tour to Malta for the summer!!! Let's go to summer together with my friends.
