Hello, Karina! I would like to discuss with you the situation that we encountered on the way and in St. Petersburg. When we drove up to the landing, we saw an old bus.

I asked our accompanying Marina if the bus was air-conditioned well, since both I and my companion Jemal Redif had heart problems. Marina completed us that the air conditioner works well. it was stuffy, and at night it became unbearable. The second floor was not properly air-conditioned during the day, and at night, the air conditioner was turned on completely and only air was left. !!!!man. It’s cool on the first floor, and the second floor was suffocating. The bus broke down twice on the way to St. Petersburg. On the first day of the excursion service, the temperature in the city reached +31 degrees. When the group returned from the tour, they did not cool it down. It was very difficult to stay on the second floor.

Jemal went down twice to the drivers again. But we were told that it takes at least 35 minutes to cool the bus, the air conditioning system is broken and does not work properly. Jemal felt bad and we had to take medication. Plus, I had heat stroke, nose I was bleeding and vomiting. We asked if this bus would be repaired or another one would be ordered, in both cases the answer was negative. Dzhemal flatly refused to continue the compulsory and optional program unless measures were taken. an answer or at least an apology. This morning, the group leader Marina came to our room and returned the money for all the optional excursions that we paid for. I want to note that we wanted to visit all the additional excursions. We didn’t hear any apologies either yesterday or today.

From today we are not fulfilling the planned program, which was paid for in your office in Kiev. I would be very grateful to you, Karina, if you reacted professionally to the situation and resolved the issue of payment and the mandatory program. There is still a question of returning to Ukraine 24 hours on the same bus. Dzhemal is directly connected with the tourism business and wanted to write a complaint from the embassy to the Ministry of Tourism of Ukraine about the Chocolate company, which provided the tour, and the transport company that serves the tour on a technically faulty transport. At such temperatures, this is generally unacceptable if you can talk about a comfortable journey over such distances on a broken bus to a foreign country. I look forward to your answer.
