I want to share my positive impressions of working with the travel agency "Resort Paradise". My husband and I were planning a vacation in the Dominican Republic, so we called more than one agency, we decided to stay at "Resort Paradise", because I liked the girl in her voice and knowledge. Plus, I live nearby. This is a small firm, in the basement of a Stalinist building, next to the Akademicheskaya metro station. The office is cozy, but at first I was alarmed by the fact that there was only one workplace in the office, but after thinking, I calmed down, and now I'm even glad. As it turned out, I talked on the phone with the owner of the agency, a very nice girl, Yulia. She willingly told us about all the details of the rest, and what pleasantly surprised us: the price in the end turned out to be even lower than we discussed on the phone. To my question: why?
She replied that she works with regular customers, so she can make a good discount so that we can rest for a longer period for the same money, but then come back to her for a rest)) We returned from vacation - satisfied and happy! Julia was right that 10 days for the Dominican Republic is not enough. Now, if we are going somewhere for the New Year, we will definitely turn to her)
