Favorable impression

We went to the tours organized and conducted by the Novovira company twice. In 2012, it was the Three Kingdoms tour from Madrid, and just recently we returned from another trip (March 29 - April 5) under the Spanish Ballad program (also from Madrid).

We believe that our trip was successful. All documents in Moscow were processed by DSBW employees, everything was done in full and on time.

The travel program is interesting, rich, quite intense. We love bus tours and comparing this tour with some of our previous trips, we have to say that overall the "Spanish Ballad" tour (from Madrid) is quite comfortable. This feeling was facilitated by a reasonable alternation of moving and exploring cities, staying 2-3 nights in one hotel, not very early departures and not late arrivals, good breakfasts and dinners.

The tour was organized: met, placed, spent on time. The entire program was completed in full. In addition, we were also able to get acquainted with the center of the city of Murcia, the inspection of which was not included in the program, because. We only stayed there for the night.

Guides during the tour told a lot of interesting things, organized and conducted all the activities in accordance with the program, and also offered some additional excursions that expanded and beautified our program. Moreover, they did this without any imposition, exclusively on a voluntary basis and without prejudice to the interests of those tourists who had their own plans.

Our driver is a strong and reliable professional, it was easy to drive with him. The bus is quite comfortable.

We more or less liked all the hotels for their convenient location, good breakfasts and dinners.

Since we were already familiar with the features of the programs offered by Novovira, there were no surprises for us. It seems to me that some of the negative reviews about the company are caused, in particular, by the fact that tourists simply do not know which tour they are going on, although the full information is posted on the company's website, and its employees kindly answer questions by e-mail.

The fact that the company tries to take into account the interests of tourists as much as possible and for individual excursions forms prefabricated groups of people who have chosen various programs, in our opinion, this is a plus. This seems to contribute to the fact that tours tend to run regularly (weekly) and are not cancelled. For us, this is a very important factor. In addition, the proposed events have every chance to take place, and you will not be disappointed that the excursion you dreamed of did not take place due to the small number of applicants.

Many do not like that a certain place on the bus is not fixed for a tourist. This is not very pleasant, but in the presence of all other undeniable advantages of such tours, we do not consider this moment to be fundamental. In addition, when our group reunited (some flew to Madrid, and some to Barcelona), then we were constantly sitting in the places that we had chosen.

In some cases, you can independently choose the accommodation option: the star rating of the hotel and its proximity to the historical center. For some this is important.

It must be understood that the proposed tours also require a minimum degree of independence: someone will have to get to the starting point of some excursions on their own. We don’t see anything wrong with this, the guides tell in detail how best to do it. In addition, we ourselves tried to prepare for the trip: print maps, clarify how to get to the city center from the hotel, etc.

In general, the trip to Spain made a very pleasant impression on us. This country does not let go. There was a desire to return there again to get acquainted with its northern regions. If such an opportunity presents itself, it is likely that we will again choose Novovira as a tour operator, because good is not sought from good. We wish the employees of the company success and prosperity!
