After, THIS "Representative" (unbelievably the face of the Anex-tour) did not want to say his name, but informed. to our questions that his name is "SECRET". And. another employee of this travel agency (Hot Diniya), who also did not identify herself, confirmed. that the young man who spoke to us was a citizen of Turkey and his name was "Secret". It seems that this is a fact of group rudeness and fear of being responsible for their actions.
Later, at the airport, the same (recognized by the Goldos) Moldovan citizen of Turkey and an employee of Anex-Tura sent tourists to X ** when organizing a replacement flight. It is in this native Mongol-Tatar dialect!!! People took photos and videos of it. Scandal has tripled at West Airport. But I will continue. To fly out of Hurghada, we drove a taxi to the hotel "Brayka" (Marsa Alam) at 5 am, although the plane was supposed to take off at 12 noon!!! Date - 15 or 15.02.2012. The actions of the employees of the Anex-tour are similar to simply mocking tourists. As a result, due to a complete mess in the travel company, the departure was postponed until 15.00 by another flight. Also, at 8.00 in the morning no one picks up the phone on the "hot line" - is this NORMAL??? (a question for the Anex-tour, like all the previous ones). A young local Egyptian also works in the office in Hurghada, who also likes to swear at tourists, shut them up and tell them that if he doesn’t like the words of a tourist, then no one will fly.

Traveled repeatedly with other travel agencies - "Pegasus", "Tez-tour" to Egypt, Greece and no complaints, only pleasant impressions. But WHAT DOING (this is how you can call such a "work" of your boors and swearers) the employees of the Anex tour in Hurghada can hardly be called work.
