I bought through the travel agency "Quadra" (Natalie Tours) from the tour operator "NTK Intourist" a ticket and airline tickets from Transaero to Turkey (business). Maxx Royal Belek Golf & SPA Hotel. Room category TRPL Family Suite Sea View. From 08/10/2015 to 08/20/2015. And I booked a tent on the beach for the entire stay. I was issued a voucher confirming this booking. My journey began with the fact that it turned out that we do not have the right to a business lounge at Vnukovo airport. I was not warned about this. Otherwise, I would not use this company. When we arrived at the Antalya airport, I, like a decent tourist, went to the Intourist counter to warn that we were going by taxi, not by transfer. The young man told me that today (August 10, Monday) meeting with the guide. After checking into the hotel, we went to find out what room our chalet was on the beach. It turned out that there is no armor !!!! (I remind you that there is a reservation in my voucher). I called Natalie Tours, the girls contacted Intourist.

Intourist said they would call the hotel and sort it out. NOBODY called, which was told to me by a girl, an employee of the hotel, who booked the chalet. Thanks to this lovely girl, she was able to pick up free chalets for us for a few days. Around Wednesday, August 12, the guide called me in the room and said (verbatim) "why didn't we show up for the meeting on TUESDAY". Above, I wrote that the meeting was supposed to be, according to the young man at the counter at the airport, on Monday. ???????. And that she needs my voucher to fax "somewhere out there" my details and flight number. I gave her a mobile phone number, to which they should have sent me information - when there will be a guide at the hotel. Now I'm already in Moscow. So far, no one has given me information. Before departure, the day before, I received an envelope with information about my flight (it means that there was information about me after all).

I called the phone numbers indicated in the letter to warn that I was not going on a transfer. And ... the Turk explained to me in English that everything is closed and there is no one. Thank you, the girls from the reception helped me, they called some Tofik and warned that I was going to the airport without them.
