For a ticket.rf does not comply with the court decision!

Since this travel agency, a month after the incident, did not want to deal with us in an amicable way, we were forced to turn to Rospotrebnadzor and to the court. Rospotrebnadzor drew up a report on this company under Part 1, Article 14.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (performance of work or provision of services to the population that do not meet the requirements of regulatory legal acts). And the court (at the meetings of which none of the travel agency was present!) ordered the organization to pay a certain amount to us (the difference between the tours, legal costs, moral damages). On June 9, the travel agency "For a ticket.rf" received the relevant Resolution. Within 5 days they had to voluntarily resolve this issue. But... like a year ago, they prefer not to see or do anything.. We are forced to continue fighting with the company until we get what we need.

So, for example, my acquaintances journalists from Channel 78 and PiterTV channel are eager to continue this story: many residents of our region are interested, and, most importantly, it will be useful to know which companies should be trusted and which ones should not. So, I think for now to give a reason to journalists or wait a week? Indeed, at the height of the season, this information will not leave anyone indifferent ... Friends, maybe you flew to different countries from this company, and you never had problems with it, everything was done on time, etc. ... But if something suddenly goes wrong through their fault, they will not be in a hurry to admit it, all the more so, to compensate you for a spoiled vacation. Therefore, think before contacting "For a permit.rf"!
