I want to draw your close attention if you decide to go to work in a travel agency LONDON CLUB TRAVEL. First of all, it is necessary to say about the dishonesty of the leadership.
I am a final year student at the Electrotechnical University and went to work part-time as an assistant manager. This was expressed in boorish and sometimes rude remarks, various kinds of proceedings, in my opinion with or without reason. In a word, an atmosphere of authoritarianism and dictatorship reigned in the office. Since I had no experience of working in such organizations, at first I regarded this behavior as a feature of working in tourism.
However, the more she worked, the more she became convinced of a kind of inadequacy on the part of her superiors.
The director could shout, humiliate a person in front of the whole team, then explain the reason in a calm tone and send her to her workplace. For most employees, such behavior was extremely unacceptable, but since the team is young, two managers graduated from the institute only this year, no one could and did not want to express their rejection.
Second, what happened to me. At first, the Director of the company told me that I was officially employed there, I bought a work book (by proxy, which was given to me by an accountant with a seal and signature Zakharchenko M.Yu. This paper is kept as confirmation). After working a certain amount of time, I was fired without a clear explanation of the reason. Upon dismissal, there was no cash settlement, it was said that I called on the day of my salary and then they would definitely calculate me. It's been 3 weeks and no payment has been received.
I call the director, ask about the official salary day, to which I get rude, incorrect responses and, as a result, the answer is: "You didn't work for us in September."
I will not write about further frauds of my former employer, such as forging and tearing out pages from the work book of old employees, sending subpoenas from the court to the return address, etc.
Be vigilant and look for another field for your professional activity!!!
