Dear residents of St. Petersburg, beware of dealing with the travel agency "Karavella", located at Ligovsky pr. 43/45 of. 515 represented by the only manager there, Lavrentieva Anna Vladimirovna.
Everything written in previous reviews is true.
On September 25, 2015, we purchased and paid for a tour to Spain from this woman (supposedly a special offer for the hotel). In words, everything was confirmed and booked, however, to present paid air tickets and hotel reservation Lavrentiev A.V. could not for 3 WEEKS, referring to everything (meetings with partners, illness, business trips, etc.) and promising to send everything the next day.
As a result, having contacted the tour operator and the hotel on our own, we found out that there was no reservation for our names anywhere. Realizing that Lavrent'eva A.The. was not going and is not going to book a tour for us, but is just playing for time and deceiving us, we wrote an application for termination of the contract and a refund on 10/23/2015
. Lavrentieva promised to return the money within 10 days (according to the contract), but a month has passed since that day and no one has returned the money to us so far. Citizen Lavrentyeva does not appear in the office on Ligovsky (the room is always closed), does not answer phone calls or answers very rarely, with constant lies and a promise to call back in "twenty" minutes.
After making inquiries (in particular through this site), we learned that many people have already suffered from such fraudulent activities on the part of this woman, left without money and without rest. And also that Lavrentyeva A.V. in 2007, being the director of SPB-Karelia LLC, was already sentenced to 4 years probation under the article fraud.
At the moment in relation to Lavrentieva A.The. an inspection is being carried out by the police, the OBEP and the prosecutor's office in order to initiate a new criminal case under the same article.
