I bought a tour for myself and my beloved to Spain. They were lured by discounts and advertising on the Internet, as I eventually realized, due to the simple complete incompetence of managers (they don’t know what they are selling at all). As a result, I paid everything at once, and three days before departure, they called me from a travel agency and asked me for an exchange rate difference of more than three thousand rubles. As it turned out in the end (the information had to be clarified directly with the tour operator - thank God friends helped) they transferred the money to the tour operator only after a month and a half, and when I refused to pay (it’s the same as paying extra for furniture bought a month ago in a store), they threatened to cancel the tour - I was forced to pay and it turned out that I bought a tour more expensive than anywhere else.
As I found out later, this is their strong point - to lure with non-existent prices and discounts, and then wind up all sorts of different surcharges (up to business class on a charter from Kaliningrad - everyone who flew knows that this does not exist).
