From our side, a 100% payment was made!
Until today, September 14, 2011, no documents confirming the booking and payment for this tour have been provided to us by the travel agency OOO'Florida'. The representative of this travel agency Khoprichkova Valentina Alekseevna, through whom this contract was concluded, avoids contact with us in every possible way (does not respond to emails and phone calls). Moreover, other persons who answer the phones indicated by her say that she has either left or will call back later. But no one calls us back and does not contact us. From which we conclude that we have become victims of fraud by the travel agency 'Florida' LLC.
Moreover, during this time, many messages appeared on the Internet about similar actions of this travel agency with other citizens.
