I will never choose a tour operator again in my life! Larisa Loyanich changes the hour of departure without delay! We asked about leaving Kiev at 13:00. And the evening before leaving, she wrote that departure was at 7 o’clock. It was already impossible to get to Kiev without anything (from the border town of the Sumy region), so we had to take taxis. Then we needed to book a hotel to spend the night. As a result, the mood was zapped, and a penny was flown in through this tour operator. In response to my complaints, she responded in a rude manner. She didn’t admit her guilt. She said that we are disrespectful. She immediately said that departure was at 13:00, and as it later became clear, there were no such departures.
