This review will be especially useful for tourists from Yekaterinburg and its environs. Be wary of those who plan to buy a tour at the INTOURIST MP agency. Now about everything in order. I turned to the manager of the agency Ekaterina Shvetsova (remember and do not confuse!!!) with a request to find me a hotel in Turkey: quiet, not large in number of guests, with a good reputation, no cases of theft in the "history" and at the same time economical. Well, Ekaterina Shvetsova told me, and with her light suggestion, I bought a tour to the Caesar Resort Hotel in Side. Shvetsova assured me that this is supposedly a European hotel, fully meets all my requirements, and even the mother of their director :-))) rests there. I read reviews: there are 4,000 guests, the territory is huge, not thought out, uncomfortable, theft is regular, the staff is all gloomy faces and rudeness, there are queues in bars and restaurants. Well, I think, apparently, their director and mother have a conflict, since he sends the poor mother there.

I turn again to the specialist Ekaterina Shvetsova. She told me: it’s their own fault, but I told you everything as it is. I ask you to rebook the hotel, even for a three-ruble note Blue Fish, as I see that Shvetsova in the hotel base in Turkey does not understand anything at all. To this Shvetsova (I quote almost verbatim ): you relax already. If I tell anyone that you changed Caesar to Blue Fish, their eyes will pop out of their foreheads. Blue Fish on the foot. Well, in general, it doesn’t matter to me whether their eyes will climb or not climb on their foreheads. After 30% is paid, you don’t want to relax in anticipation of SUCH a vacation. I am writing a rebooking request. Shvetsova: pay 15,000 for this procedure to our tour operator Coral Travel or go where booked. I call the tour operator in Moscow. As a result of negotiations (without details), the amount of the fine for rebooking is reduced to 11,470. I had to pay, although I know for sure that collecting fines from tourists is not legal.

In order to challenge the fine in court, I insisted that Shvetsova put up a separate invoice for the recovery of the fine, while she was trying to "issue" it as my voluntary surcharge for the tour. Another noteworthy detail: the specialists of the INTOURIST MP agency were completely unaware of the promotion from Coral - one plane ticket for free (which allows the tourist to save up to 10,000 rubles on the tour). I had to tell them about the action. I suspect it is not profitable for them, as it reduces agency fees. As a result, the number of my visits to this "woe-travel" (Intourist MP) with filling in all applications, additional agreements and rewriting their incorrectly executed documents was 8 !!! (for 2 days). Well, nothing, rest in ALara (albeit with a huge overpayment for it) was just the way after all this crazy running around. So, I recommend the hotel, I warned you about INTOURIST MP in the person of Ekaterina Shvetsova.
