The fourth time I travel, buying tours, from this travel agency.
The purchase was made in March, the trip was in July (from 6 to 25).
Manager - Tatiana. I liked her attitude to work, not only before the purchase, but also after. All questions that came up were answered. All small issues were resolved quickly. I plan to keep going.
