My 10-day vacation through Travelata was a success. I bought it from home on a computer, my son helped to arrange it. We stopped at the TezTour tour operator and booked a hotel in Phuket with breakfast and dinner. With a discount for the inconvenience of the first booking, it turned out to be profitable. Then, after confirmation, they showered me with messages and reminders. The documents had to be printed out and arrived at the airport in advance, they also warned about this .. The only minus I can name is that the first application was not confirmed and the hotel left, but who knows if it was better than the Peach Hill Hotel .... The impressions are positive, I will use more.
