I have known this agency for several years.
About the site. They have the most convenient (for me) search service. However, not all tours have detailed commentaries. You need to call and ask for details. Sometimes it turns out that the information is not up to date (but other tour operators are not immune from this either).
About the service. The application for the selection of the tour was not immediately responded to (with a delay of more than 2 days). It is noteworthy that the agents call and congratulate you on your birthday. Offer new tours, with discounts. They help you choose a tour according to your wishes and possibilities. Polite staff.
About rest. We rested in Selen 3 * in Turkey (Marmaris). There was a hitch with the settlement. Some of our group of tourists were assigned to another hotel. While we, waiting for the settlement issue to be resolved, ate, swam in the pool, rested, other tourists from the travel agency were scattered to other hotels (with more stars, but for the same money), we were settled where we bought the tour.
Good place to stay. The food is quite acceptable, varied, although my girlfriend did not like it. Your pool. The local raki (included in the cost of the tour) was very pleased. There were always drinks from the category of Jupi. Close to the beaches. Rest was a success. Thank you.
