In March 2013, we decided to take care of finding and buying a vacation tour in advance. As a result of long readings and viewing photos, Sozopol in Bulgaria and the hotel - Sunny were chosen. Then it was up to the choice of travel agency. We turned to several, where they were supposed to sell tours to this particular hotel. As a result, the 1001 Tour travel agency responded the fastest, all our questions were answered quickly and constructively (thanks to Tsvetana for consultations). We went to the office, talked, left a deposit. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the plane (flight canceled or something), but we were immediately offered another option to the same hotel.
You can feel the qualifications of the manager, they clearly explained everything to us, it is pleasant to work with this travel agency.
I think that this year we will again turn to the same travel agency, there is confidence that everything will be done "as it should be."
