Good company but they cheat

We went on tour "8 capitals" with TTV from August 18th to 29th. The money scam is unprecedented. The agency paid about 110,000 tr. We paid for those excursions that we liked and booked 3 more, I saved about 150-250 euros for myself. Already in Europe, on the bus, the guide (Oksana) stated that in addition to the excursions, you need to pay extra for the transfer + lunches and dinners with the group, and everything was served in an ultimatum form: "You pay and that's it!". In total, we got from 640 to 1000 euros (in the case of Moulin Rouge) for two (despite the fact that the rate jumped during our trip and reached 90-100 euros per ruble). I didn't expect that and I was shocked! The guide is a separate song, she was an hour late when leaving, she was late several times on the trip, and she didn’t even wait a minute for tourists! In total, I left 10 people for several times without waiting and NOT ANSWERING their calls. She herself did not call ANYONE EVER, motivating it by the fact that it was too expensive!

She is especially good at divorcing souvenir shops and cheap food, and ESPECIALLY wine and beer !!! It's just her point. Despite the fact that there were minor children on the trip, she spoke more about the "culture" of drinking than about European music and painting combined! Be carefull! Those who did not go to parties with her, she tried in every possible way to infringe. I can somehow understand the company - I really need to earn money, but the guide, it seems to me, is about time to be treated for alcoholism.
