The second year they ordered a tour, the first time there were no complaints at all. This year there is. Weak knowledge of the country, the location of hotels in the city. The hotel turned out to be not the one that was in the photographs that we were shown, respectively, also with the room. They chose 2 stars, but if I knew that there would be such a number, I would even choose another country better. I think how experts in their field could give advice on the choice. In general, the holiday is ruined.
