Hello, our family returned from India on 22.02. 2014. We ordered a tour through Travelata, and by the will of fate we turned out to be clients of the Sunrise Tour. All payments, visas, transfer of documents were on time and without overlap. At GOA, we were met by representatives of the Sunrise Tour, and there were several of them. Our name was Mira - a very good, non-conflict, sympathetic girl - we were with her on two excursions. Kerim came to the meeting at the hotel, briefly, not intrusively told about the excursions, gave his phone number and the time when he was at the hotel. Add. information, money exchange, etc. - a completely trouble-free, and most importantly "AVAILABLE" person. An unpleasant incident happened to the eldest daughter on a sightseeing bus - she was thrown on a speed bump and she hit her head and back, unfortunately, careless parents like us sometimes allow the child to show independence, where it would not be necessary.
In this case - the choice of a seat on the bus - she was the only one who sat in the back seat, and we, accustomed to good roads and leisurely traffic jams, allowed her to do so. When my daughter screamed and complained of back pain, the guide, I don't remember the name of the girl, immediately called Kerim, they called a taxi and sent us to the nearest hospital. Kerim was already there, showed care and attention in every possible way, urged slow doctors, paid for x-rays and examinations (the hospital was not covered by insurance), and, having agreed with the office, offered an individual treatment. tour by car. The daughter, thank God, turned out to be only a back bruise and muscle strain, so the next day we happily took advantage of Sunrise's offer. And the day before the incident, Kerim congratulated my eldest on her 9th birthday, and me on the birth of her daughter, giving us flowers. It was very nice.
