I am very grateful to this company and the people who work in it. My boyfriend booked a tour through the biblio globe. Everything was confirmed to him at once, but when he began to make reservations for me, for some reason they did not have tickets and empty seats. But it turned out to be a lot of rudeness and threats, that if we turn to another tour company, I will never fly away anyway. I took a chance, in Optio Travel I was treated with great understanding and while they were arranging the tour, they reassured me in every possible way. Thanks to them, the biblio-globe tour was confirmed the same evening unconditionally. Although the company is not big, but the owners of this company and the people who work there are built to do everything possible so that the client gets everything he wants. When I had a small problem with obtaining a visa due to a small official salary, the representatives of the company also easily solved this problem at the consulate.
We had a great time, we are very grateful to this firm. From now on, I will only use this company. I wish them only prosperity and long life.
