Today I came to receive documents for the tour, suddenly the girl who issues the documents tells me that it is allegedly written on her computer that I have a debt of 50% of the cost of the tour! I am, to put it mildly, dumbfounded. I present a voucher with attached checks for payment, they take it away from me and leave (!), I sit in the office and do not understand what is happening. We had to wait at least half an hour. When I ask what is actually happening, they tell me - they say, we'll figure it out. Finally figured it out - found out that I'm not deceiving anyone, trying to fly to the sea for free. The girl who issues the documents was told - everything, the documents can be given. She did not immediately, but after consulting with someone from the authorities, as if she personally did not trust me, finally handed over the documents. And in response to my remark that it would be possible to apologize for moral damage (and you yourself understand what state I had!), I was told that no one was to blame and there was nothing to apologize for.
Like, collect your papers and move! You know, there is a saying - "whoever you don't think about, he will do it." I traveled from this travel agency for 12 years, and in a nightmare I could not have dreamed that someday its employees would insult me so much.
