The travel agency was chosen based on reviews on the Internet.
I bought the ticket online, it's very convenient. She printed out all the documents herself at home.
The TUI guides in Turkey were very polite, all service was 5. I liked that on the way back the guide herself went with us to the airport building and led all the tourists to the check-in counters.
I have no complaints about the service, I will order again.
