I traveled with Travelata more than once, but this time they were very pleasantly surprised, so I was not too lazy to register and tell)

As always, with the design everything is fast, clear, the manager already knows me, knows my wishes. This time we decided to arrange a romantic trip with a guy. Zakynthos was ideal for this, we chose a hotel. We arrived ... but it turns out that there is no reservation in this hotel for us, the hotelier looks at us with big eyes and at the monitor and makes a helpless gesture. To be honest, I already decided that the rest was ruined, I would have to return and return the money. Just in case, they called our Tatiana in Travelata. Tatyana called back in 25 minutes, she was very apologetic, as far as I understood, at the time of booking there was no electricity in the hotel itself and the data somehow didn’t pull up (well, or something else happened there), although the reservation was confirmed. Here I finally lost hope for a happy romantic getaway, but no matter how it is ..

we were sent to another hotel which ended up being more expensive and much better than we expected! And it was a real heavenly vacation for two. Here is such a pleasant surprise, we even underpaid for a change of hotel. Let's just say that everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone knows how to work on mistakes, so many thanks to the team and personally to Tatiana, I think we are unlikely to leave Travelata anytime now)))
