Great itinerary absolutely ruined by the organization

Summary of the trip: The trip is very interesting. Impressions spoiled by the program and organization. The price does not match the level of quality. I won't be going to Maracle again.

The program is really heavily overloaded. It is simply not possible to perform it qualitatively. Some items were introduced, apparently, solely for the sake of attracting interest, for example, a visit to the Belt volcano - it is written in the program - as it is, in fact, it has been closed for visits since April 2017 and everyone knows this, upon arrival in Merida immediately, at 11 pm, 30 a minute, so to speak, “sightseeing tour” of the city, obviously for show, the purpose of visiting El Salvador is also incomprehensible, because. there were only daylight hours, during this time visiting a small town (about 1.5 hours) and a restaurant overlooking the lake (about 3 hours). Only a few hours are allotted for the most interesting Mexico City, but they brought to the airport 5 (five!) Hours before departure by domestic lines.

All excursion activities are galloping visits to popular tourist places (the first half of the tour is exclusively ruins, the second is parks and volcanoes - where they still managed to include dubious activities like horseback riding and high-speed rappelling over the forest (Canopy), naturally part of the group, especially who aged, abandoned such entertainment).

To calmly walk around the cities and what is called imbued with the atmosphere - there will be no opportunity. At the end of the tour, it is proposed to spend a few days in Panama on the All-inclusive system, obviously in order to minimize the negative aspects of the tour.

The organizational moment is also not up to par. Wretched buses, replaced by better ones only at the urgent collective demand. Some hotels do not pull on the declared star rating. In two hotels, not everyone had hot water, and in general it often turned out that in one hotel there were rooms of a different class.

This trip is quite tense, frequent early rises, long journeys, hiking, usually groups are formed on such trips by age or physical condition, the zhlobsky Miracle stuffed into one group both young guys 25-30 years old and a grandmother 70 years old, who was traveling unaccompanied . Guides change throughout the route. They are probably good storytellers, but as organizers they were not up to par. Some did not even know the exact number of people in the group. They constantly gave out incorrect information on the duration of the crossings (I think deliberately reducing the time). No instructions on how to dress for the activities, next stop for food and toilets. Settlements sometimes stretched for 1-1.5 hours. A couple of times we were left without lunch, because. the guide did not bother to book a restaurant.

Sometimes there was outright rudeness - like, suffer nothing, or look out, many people generally travel with backpacks themselves.
