Great job!

In April 2012, I bought a combined tour of Singapore + Bali from the Arbuz Travel agency. Before coming to them, I turned to them in a couple of other places (where they could not really advise). Here the manager Leonid immediately gave complete and comprehensive information on the planned trip. It was felt that I entrusted my vacation to the hands of a professional. He offered several options for flights, spoke in detail about excursions that can be visited in the host countries. On his advice, we visited Ubud (although I didn’t originally plan to), but after he talked about this amazing place, we couldn’t leave it unattended. After all, it’s not three hours to fly there, and I want to see the maximum at a time (by the way, I’m one of those who don’t like to sit still), and the manager took this into account. We were offered the Hard Rock Hotel. Great location, close to a bunch of cafes and night bars. The hotel has a Russian surf school - of course we took advantage of the lessons.

In general, everything - from the organization of recreation to information support was on top. I was pleasantly surprised when, after our return, we got a call from the travel agency and asked how our vacation went. This is what I mean by taking care of my clients.
