Great tour company, they work even at night! :)

It was the most spontaneous trip of my life. The choice of the agency was completely random, on Wednesday I came to see tours, hotels and prices in the Dominican Republic, the manager Tanechka Kolesnichenko treated me to coffee, offered two options for prices: a flight from Kyiv is more expensive and with transfers, a charter from Moscow is 600 dollars cheaper! On Thursday evening it was decided to go and on Saturday morning I was already in the Dominican Republic!!! :) Tanya worked outside of working hours, helped with payment late on Thursday evening, was always in touch and answered all my questions and calls at any time of the day! Huge thanks to her!!! When I went to Moscow in the morning (I decided to buy a tour with a charter flight and cheaper), I did not have a hotel confirmation or tickets, but I had Wi-Fi in the car, I was waiting for all the documents while I was on the road. As Tanechka said, I am super lucky!!! The hotel confirmed the reservation on Friday morning and in the evening I received electronically plane tickets, a voucher for the hotel and a transfer, and at 4. 00 flew to the Dominican Republic from Domodedovo!:) I liked everything!!! The hotel is super, the Dominican Republic is megasuper, the Dominicans are cool people! :) I recommend everyone to use the services of this agency. I express special gratitude to Tanechka Kolesnichenko, who works promptly, efficiently and professionally at any time of the day! Once again thank you very much!!!
