We have already contacted this travel agency twice: once we went to Turkey, the second to Egypt.
Always big companies.
This is the whole difficulty ... Few will be able to choose the best tour to suit everyone (a small child, young parents and 2 adult women over 50)
They did an excellent job with their task. helped to choose both times a chic hotel that meets all our needs.
They gave sound and helpful advice.
There is a payment by credit card - it's Cool !!!!
The first time we talked with Ruslan (director), the second time Anna selected and designed the tour for us.

P.S. We rest often (at least 2 times a year), before that we used different travel agencies, and sometimes, due to illiterate advice and the manager’s indifference, the rest turned out not to be 5+, but a maximum of 3!
