I was surprised by the reviews with claims against managers, I was in Solaris on Kirochnaya with my wife, I bought a tour to Alanya for a week. It so happened that I flew out a day after buying a ticket, in emergency mode I packed my bags)). So, we were served well, everything was explained both according to the documents, and the hotel, and the tour as a whole. On the trail. day took the package of documents in the office and flew away safely. The rest was without "surprises", everything was as planned, without hassle in general. I don’t know why there are some negative reviews, but I am personally satisfied with the work of Solaris, professional and attentive attitude towards customers!
