On July 21, 2016, we purchased a full tour package from the tour operator ICS travel group No. 683157, which includes air travel, accommodation, transfer, insurance, registration of pro-visas for holidays at the Agapinor 3 * hotel (Paphos) from 07/30/2016 to 08/20. 2016. I would like to note the excellent work of this tour operator. From the moment of ordering a tourist voucher to the moment of arrival home from vacation, everything was organized by them very clearly and professionally. It was very convenient to track the process of paperwork in your personal account on the website of this tour operator. Elena Fokina, manager for the Cyprus route, promptly answered our questions and prepared all the documents necessary for the trip. At the Larnaca airport, representatives of the ICS travel group met us and immediately sent us to the hotel. The trip was not tiring, although I had to drive across the entire island (from Larnaca to Paphos). Check-in at the hotel was also without problems.
At the end of the holiday from the hotel to Larnaca airport, representatives of the ICS travel group also delivered us on time. Many thanks to ICS travel group for an excellently organized vacation!!! Now we will try to use only their services.
