Pure water fraud

Dear tourists!! Pass by this travel agency and as far as possible. The essence of my story is this: Sister-student, not worrying for long, went to the first nearest travel agency at NNGASU (vacation with mom). I booked a tour from January 30 to February 9 in the UAE, paid. The premises of this travel agency is an untidy and uninhabited room with an absent-minded manager Irina Bakhvalova (I also read about some Angela in the reviews, I think this is one person). As we get closer to vacation, it turns out that the date of departure from the UAE is changing by leaps and bounds. And everything is fixed manually. I was confused by this fact, how so easily a manager can "manage-forget" about such important points. And we decided to check by the application number with the Biblio Globus itself. Naturally, this Irina did not give the correct application number. I had to find out and explain to the tour operator about my situation and check my tour by name and date of departure. They didn't have people like us.

This all happens a week before departure / vacation. Mom already has a vacation (in state structures, this is all serious, you can’t change / cancel / reschedule). They took the money (surprisingly, they gave it away with ease: this suggests that indeed no tour was booked, otherwise the tour operator would have applied penalties). Draw your own conclusions! Or rather, read the reviews at the very beginning. Because after all that happened, we read reviews on the Internet about this travel agency and there are a lot of such suckers)))
