hello, I went with your organization to Mikkeli, I liked the city itself, the hotel is 4-, but your guide Rudenko Lyudmila is just rude, so that no one asked her to be rude to everyone and if people didn’t do it the way she wanted, then she was harmful. When I took a tour in the Ark, I said, I just want to relax, without much walking, go shopping for my own pleasure, walk along the Finnish streets, and not gallop .... So this mamzel didn’t let us do this, but constantly said : "We do not have a SHOP TOUR", but how does she know for what purpose a person is traveling, maybe she rolls back her visa, or maybe she wants to relax at a rock concert !!! I would not recommend your organization to anyone, and especially THIS!!! Where I work in the committee, I told everyone, they were shocked, I pay money and my nose is on the battery !!! how!!
I would have known that it would be like this, it would be better for 5500 to take burning Greece or something else, since there was a choice !!
