HORRIBLE!"Odeon-Tour" Rested from 05-13.06.18 at the hotel "Larissa club akman park", We were picked up from the Odeon tour hotel at 11-20 in the morning for the flight 15-30, brought to the airport and quickly left, and flight 7704 was generally canceled and replaced by 7708 which took off only at 18-40!!! We entered the airport building on the 1st floor and were trapped!! There is no registration - very early, they are allowed on the 2nd floor only after registration, you cannot leave the building, they are not allowed. And my husband is a smoker! It was a story that can't be described in words. It’s very unpleasant, because Odeon Tour probably has information about the departure. It's a shame! Who treats people like this??? No humanity!!! By the way, my tour operator in Moscow sent me an e-mail that the flight was delayed, but I did not look at the mail, somehow relaxed and trusted the host. I thought everything was fine, but no! In Moscow, they knew in advance that the flight would be delayed, but in Turkey they simply shoved people away and that's it. Disgusting! I will never travel with this company again!
