Yes. so I got to writing a review .. I got sick and now I'm sitting now .... already several. days..

The review is short and possibly helpful.

My husband and I bought a tour to Meridian Travel (on Dynamo) to Thailand. Everything is like people's! We chose a hotel on Phuket, paid for the tour, received confirmation from the hotel, well, everything is just as it should be. They were supposed to fly out on August 27 ... but!

A week before departure, my husband was robbed of a bag with documents ..... and a passport ....... tin!!!

We are shocked .. the flow of money, but the most offensive was not on vacation for a year.!!!!... under the contract, we practically lose all the money .. and this is understandable ...

BUT!!! I don’t know how to thank anymore!!! WE WERE POSTPONED THE TOUR !!! Although the manager didn’t immediately understand the essence of the issue (we wanted to return all the money back), to which I was correctly answered that there would be penalties and the only possible way not to lose money is to try to reschedule the dates! To which we agreed, although we were already in a panic ...

EVERYTHING was transferred without fines and surcharges !!

This is surprising BUT a fact, especially after reading on the Internet about the work of different companies!

Yet there are solid companies in the travel industry! and it is true!

And don't lump everyone under the same brush!

Hotel Kata Beach Resort 5 points - Food, rooms, territory is super!

And the Thais are some kind of magical people (!), The weather is super! but a / c Transaero .......... so-so .. (but there were no direct flights there except for them)

Thanks again for the excellent work and human attitude of Meridian Travel!!
