Bought a tour from this company. The hotel was booked, the visa was also issued on time. I can't say that I'm not happy with the Interunion Tour, I'm not happy with the host Terramar Tour, with which Interunion cooperates!!! They say that in Spain they really don’t like to work, but I didn’t think that I would check it for myself. Trouble began from the moment we landed. All the meeting companies were there, except for Terramar. In the corner, two men were hanging out, who turned out to be this very company. They told us that no one was expected from this flight and that you were not on the lists. After a long clarification, we were still found on the list, BUT. another flight had not arrived yet, which they were waiting for, they offered us to wait 2 hours. As a result, after our indignation, we were sent on a bus of another company. Having dropped us off at the bus stop, they showed us where to go, no one showed us to the hotel!!!
Our hotel guide Lyubov, who arrived to us the next day after checking in, was only interested in how to collect more money from us for excursions and leave quickly, left us her mobile phone in case we suddenly need to buy another excursion from her.
We booked an excursion to Barcelona. Love showed us the stop where the bus will be waiting for us and the time. At the appointed time, a bus with the Terramar Tour logo rushed past the stop at breakneck speed. Because the bus didn’t come for us, I dialed Love’s phone and asked if it was our bus that passed by?!?! love promised to find out everything, and after 5 minutes later I called her back, she told us that the bus was coming back for us (you see, he was waiting for us at the wrong stop).
When we still waited for the bus, an angry guide flew out to us and told us that we need to thank our hotel guide for these inconveniences, and also told us how she got burned while waiting for us at another stop !!! In the end, it would be better not to return this bus is behind us, because the tour was disgusting, and the guide was just awful, she mumbled information under her breath, it was not interesting! The guide perked up only at the end of the tour, when she had to drag the tourists into a shop in which olive oil and wine were sold at a three-way price!!!
But that was not the end of our adventure. Because of the same hotel guide Love, we frayed our nerves before departure. The bus that was supposed to take us to the airport was delayed by more than 20 minutes. And only after we called Love did the bus come for us!
Terramar tour proved to be an unscrupulous and incompetent tour operator!
After arriving in Moscow, they wrote a claim for the Terramar tour, and waited for an answer only two weeks later. In a response letter, Terramar tour naturally blamed us for everything! The only thing Interunion did in this situation was send our claim to Terramar Tour, that's all. I really regret using this company! if you want to have a normal rest, NEVER use the services of Terramir tour !!!!
