My wife and I visited Paris on the tour "PARIS EXCURSION" Meredian-Express in September 2013. We bought a tour for 8 days. In fact, it turned out to be 6 days: on the day of departure - the first day of the tour - the flight was delayed for 3 hours and we arrived in Paris at 21-00, we were at the hotel around 23-00. On the day of departure back to Moscow, departure from the hotel was scheduled at 04-00 in the morning! Total minus two days. Moreover, on the days of arrival and departure we were not fed, although the tour was paid for with a one-time meal
The attitude towards us was according to the principle - "If you don't ask, they won't tell." It was for us, who were in Paris for the first time, to put it mildly, somewhat inconvenient, and sometimes simply costly.
We were not in the office ourselves, we did not communicate with the staff, because we purchased the tour through an intermediary, so we cannot say anything about the work of the company's staff. After returning, Meridian-Express employees did not contact us.
