They bought a tour to the Caucasian Mineral Waters from January 3 to January 5, 2016. We were accompanied by a guide named Irina Gennadievna. Extremely unsociable, tired of her work woman. She didn't react to the group in any way. She was rude. She called her director all the time and told us in front of us that we were a terrible group. This company ruined all the New Year holidays. We never got to the place of the tour, we were evacuated with the help of the Ministry of Emergency Situations back to Krasnodar, because the representatives of the company did not do anything to make our tour take place. And our accompanying guide was even glad to see us coming back. Do not contact them if you want to have a normal holiday.
