They refused to admit that they (TUROVO) made a mistake and behaved rudely, impudently and not at all adequately.
Reported the exact time of departure 8 hours before the flight - complete idiocy. By the end of our stay in Varna, they informed us that they had moved us to another flight 11 hours earlier!
Worst travel agency I have ever dealt with!
CAREFULLY! Avoid if possible!
