There is one company that ruined my family's vacation http://vk.com/arabella.tour represented by the General Director http://vk.com/id146037072 The company has been on the market since 2009, so this is not an indicator, perhaps they stumbled only on me, or maybe this is the norm for the management of this company !!!

A few hours before the expected departure, they returned the money to us, but now I can’t buy tickets with this amount. I will not describe my feelings, the feelings of my children. I am not even interested in the background, the fact remains, I have an agreement with them and it seems to me that in any case this problem could be solved in a month.
