There are no claims to the organization of recreation in Turkey (i.e. to the hotel, tours), but the flight home ... On Saturday, July 30, 2011, I flew away with my children and my wife after a vacation from Antalya, but something happened that I would not believe if someone told me, but I saw everything with my own eyes. At 18-30 we got on a plane (an old but big Boeing, there were 320 passengers) and thought we could fly home safely, but ... At first it was very hot on the plane, because the ventilation and air conditioning did not work, bullshit, we decided to endure it.

Then they tried to turn on the TVs to show them how to use the security measures, but the TVs did not turn on - an electronics failure, but this is also bullshit, the people were calm for now, then the plane began to go quietly and braked sharply, that things fell, but that's us too endured it calmly, it lasted about 30 minutes, we all did not take off, and suddenly the captain of the plane announced that the flight was delayed because they could not start the engine, and that the generator would now be adjusted and they would start with a push, the people began to get nervous, but so far they were sitting quietly . Another 40 minutes have passed and the captain again reports that the departure delay will continue, since the second engine was also not started. The people are more nervous, we sit for another half an hour (during this time, none of the engines could even be started by a generator). Then we began to suffocate, while I do not exaggerate, panic began.

It was very hot and there was no air at all, my wife and children lay down on the floor, because there was at least some breathing under the seats, Sanka was stripped to his underpants, all the children were yelling, several women lost consciousness, the steward ss them with ammonia. We were at the very tail of the plane, it was impossible to go forward, there were a lot of people there, we shouted at the stewardess to open the emergency exit, she refused, shouting that she had no right, that she needed instructions. We demand that she call the captain, the stewardess cries and explains that she cannot call the captain, as she is busy all the time, perhaps he is talking to ground services. Finally the front door was opened and the people "rushed" out of the plane. Another 15 minutes and we would all lie down there, we really almost suffocated. Then we are put into 4 buses and taken back to the airport, with each bus dropped off in different sectors.

We got off the bus and “hang out” on the first floor, the Turks do not explain anything, where ours from other buses do not know, we quarreled among themselves, some shout that we need to go to the sector where we were loaded for the first time, others insist that we need to wait here , third, that you need to look for the rest of ours. In short, a complete mess. We “hung out” for 1.5 hours and no one came out to us, didn’t come and didn’t explain anything. Only one Turk (who speaks tolerably Russian) rudely told us that they were not Pegasus, not the North Wind, and that they “do not care” about us, that we should decide everything with representatives of the above-mentioned companies. But where can you get them? Some of our people tried to call the Pegasus office in Moscow, someone to Krasnoyarsk, but nothing happened, it was Saturday and it was already almost night.

It took a long time, finally they gathered us through a loudspeaker near a cafe, we stood in line one after another and received a 0.5 bottle of water, after which we were sent to sector 12 and onto buses that brought us to the same plane. A small group (30 people) categorically refused to fly on this plane, but the stewardess explained that there were no other planes, and if someone stays, he will have to spend the night at the airport for at least 3-4 days. The last argument was ironclad, no one could afford to live at the airport for so many days, so I personally had only 50 dollars left, and seeing the attitude of the Turks, you understand that they will not give you a sip of water without money. We all boarded and sat down in our seats, all utterly frightened, the time was over 24 hours, although the original departure was scheduled for 19 hours (that is, they started the engines for more than 5 hours).

The stewardesses were also very frightened, they were pale - marble faces and did not answer any questions from passengers, trying to run away to themselves. In short, there was such a situation that it is beyond words. Further, the captain “added fuel to the fire”, saying into the microphone: “Dear passengers, buckle up ... we will try to take off, after which he sighed loudly and deeply, adding:“ Well, God bless.

The last was said in such a way that all the passengers went to the heels, everyone understood that even the captain was not sure that we would be able to fly to Krasnoyarsk. The words panic, fear, etc. not to describe everything that happened, people actually said goodbye to each other. Then the plane took off, and most of the passengers lowered their heads, hugging them with their arms. The flight was really normal, gradually, and the flight attendants calmed down, their cheeks turned red, they began to deliver drinks. When they flew up to Krasnoyarsk, the captain again went crazy, saying: "Dear passengers, buckle up ...

Let's try to sit down."

The worst thing is that Pegasus (the North Wind airline belongs to the tour operator Pegasus) sent us to Avos, not wanting to suffer losses, because someone from the management was informed about us, for almost five hours they could not start both engines, and this someone sent us to Avos . We will fly well, no - they will say pilot error. And I was also shocked when we went through passport control in Krasnoyarsk, they announced the start of registration for flight 1864 (ours was 1863) Krasnoyarsk - Antalya. All our buzzed, did they fly on our plane. I don’t want to believe in this, poor people are in joyful expectations from the upcoming vacation and don’t even know (unless, of course, their engines start right away) what they are flying on. And accordingly, no one fixed the electronics, ventilation, and most importantly, the engines.

I used to believe that planes go through strict control, since it is already a means of increased danger, but now I know that everyone is on the "drum" and it means that in a situation like ours you can find yourself anywhere, no guarantee.

Like "Bulgaria" drowned three times - they were rescued, on the fourth it drowned with more than 100 people, that is, everything was on Avos.
