Wasted money and ruined weekend!!!!

On 11/06/2013, we contacted the Constanta-Tour travel agency with a written claim about non-fulfillment of obligations for a one-day excursion tour that took place on 10/26/2013 "St. Communicating with her (if it can be called communication), I realized that not only the guides of this travel agency have psychological problems. Within 15 minutes, I listened to complaints addressed to me about the fact that I read the information on the site incorrectly (apparently Constant Tour has its own explanatory dictionary, without which a simple layman on their site simply cannot understand), that during the trip my husband and I violated some rules insulted the driver.………… My attempts to argue something were in vain. After hearing, I wanted to apologize for the fact that we used the services of this travel agency.

2013 received a written response signed by the General Director S. Tkacheva, a formal reply (they just included a fool), they didn’t even take care of a qualified lawyer, they saved money. They promised to return 500 rubles for the non-professional actions of the guide Elena Netesova, but at the same time they set unfeasible conditions under which I must return to the travel agency some business cards with some stamps that I never had, and no. So we had a rest, with Constant Tour !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to end on an optimistic note, and thank Konstanta-Tour for bringing me back alive and healthy. The driver initially violated the rules for transporting passengers, and the lives of passengers were endangered, he had no right to go on such a long trip without a partner, on the way back, apparently he was in such a hurry to close the subway that he constantly violated the speed limit.

But judging by the reviews, working with road carriers that provide low-quality services is included in the rules of Knstanta-tour. Not only do they cheat, they also risk people's lives in order to save money.

Dear travel enthusiasts, be sure to read the reviews on the website of the travel agency, conclude a written contract, or at least for the money received by the guide on the bus, demand a receipt, you are required to issue it. Otherwise, when making claims against the travel agency, at best you will be insulted, accused of what you did not do, they will say that you cannot read, and at worst……………
