Tui chose the company because I heard about it, there is an office near the house. But I made the wrong choice. The conclusion is this: we flew with Tui for the first, and most likely for the last time. In general, I don’t understand why the tour operator doesn’t even hint at the sale of this hotel, let alone warns that it’s not even 4 *, and why during our stay there, Tui’s representative never came up and asked if we had everything in order. Last time we went with Tez Tour, so every day we filled out questionnaires about the day spent and the tour, every day company representatives asked if everything was in order, if we needed help and helped to solve any emerging current issues. With Tui, it's the other way around.
