I applied for a simple package tour to Turkey, the managers quickly responded, offered several options by e-mail, I chose the right one. But on the spot I was offered another hotel, better and supposedly proven. I agreed to my misfortune, the hotel turned out to be a terrible wreck, not 5 stars at all, although the price is like a five. The photo that the manager showed at the agency did not correspond to reality. There were still dissatisfied tourists in the hotel, who were also "persuaded". In general, people work like the last day, just to sell and earn quick money. By the way, before the flight it became clear when I had to call the managers to send a ticket and a voucher.
