When I called the company, on the phone, they were not willing to talk, but offered to come. I spoke directly with the owner of the company. She offered to book a hotel using the fortune method. She promised that they would not take her to a bad hotel. We agreed, and for some reason Mirador turned out to be in place of this in the contract. When we arrived home, I began to look at reviews about the hotel, I did not find anything good. I began to ask for a rebooking to another hotel, instead I was told that we all made up about the fortune system. I said, well, this time we will go to this hotel, but next time we will turn to another tour company. After that, the girl deleted me from her friends in contact. After that, I began to wait for some jamb with documents. There was not much of a jamb with documents.
But upon receipt of the documents, it turned out. that you will have to pay another tax for accommodation of 2 euros per day upon arrival at the hotel. We were not warned about this in advance. Further, the tour company was also not warned that they would not be fed on the plane, my father was left hungry.
In general, the father had a good impression of the trip. But here you need to thank not the tour agent, but the tour operator Versa. As I read earlier in the reviews about the hotel, the check-in did not happen in the mirador (but thank God), because there were no places for everyone who tried to settle in it. Father settled in a better hotel. For which many thanks to the tour operator.
To the ticket. I will never turn to a sale of tours again, because there is a lot of ambition, rudeness. No help. Tours are cheap only because the agent's specialization is that they buy the cheapest tours from different tour operators. And really, nothing is cheap.
