Booking conditions, you need to pay a deposit as a guarantor of payment, they send you an agreement without seals just a pdf document when you book a trip, the deposit will not be returned to you if you do not go. Normal situation can be understood if everything was fine.

On the 24th they were supposed to go to the hot springs, the driver said that they work until 16 o'clock and then it gets dark, the springs are supposedly open, having arrived at the springs they were in the room and the working time was indicated until 22.00, probably the driver was in a hurry somewhere leave at 2 pm.

Now about the departure.

It was supposed to be at 9 am, but we left Tambov only at 1 pm on the 18th, due to a bus breakdown, then two hours of waiting in Voronezh, as a result, we set off from Voronezh only at 6 pm, and any delay in the departure time pushes thought that it was not a matter of a breakdown, but a corny one bus drove someone somewhere, and probably it was necessary to call in the hotel later. Perhaps I am mistaken and there really was a breakdown, but the drivers were in no hurry to drive us.

During the check-in, the hostess of the hotel immediately said from the threshold that she would evict us on the 23rd, when asked why, they received an answer that another group was arriving and the organizers were aware that the 24th room would be occupied and the 23rd would have to move out.

In the process of communicating with representatives of the tour company, they received an assurance that no one would be evicted anywhere and would not be relocated, that there was an agreement with the hostess until 24 and you don’t have to worry, but if suddenly something, then get into position :), this meaningful phrase already says about customer relations :).

As a result, on the 23rd, everyone was resettled from their rooms, put into others for 3-4 people, when asked by the hostess why this was happening, they received an answer that the organizers, namely Vova from Tambov, were aware that on the 23rd a large group would come to the hotel, that there will be no places for us, according to the hostess, 10-12 people were declared in the number of our group, and we turned out to be 20 at the last moment.

Probably there was a force majeure, but on the way back we find out that the second group that went to dombai got into exactly the same situation in the hotel, they had 20 applicants for 17 beds, some kind of strange force majeure.

I consider the work of this tour agency to be of poor quality, which is why I personally do not recommend traveling with them anywhere, otherwise you can get into an unpleasant situation. Apparently the crisis is affecting and the guys want to earn more for the sake of the service.
