Agree with previous review. My situation is even worse. I chose a tour to Turkey on August 2, 2018, and Krugosvet, represented by Natalia Smirnova, did not even book my tour with the Pegas Tour Operator, although I paid for the ticket in the Travel Agency in full. To my questions, when the contract and tickets will be, the answer was one - wait, we will send it soon. Such promises lasted for a week. The day before departure, I already called the Pegasus hotline, where they told me that neither the tour, nor the hotel, nor the plane tickets in my name were even entered into the database, not to mention payment.
I began to ask questions to Natalia, but she abruptly stopped getting in touch, I had to write messages to Viber and SMS with a request to return my money.
The money was returned to me only after writing a statement to the police about fraud.
I don't recommend this company. They have 3 offices, in the city on Stroiteley 91 office 401, the second on Ilyinka and the third on Zapsib.
The most annoying thing is that the long-awaited vacation for me and my child broke down, and Natalya Smirnova did not even consider it necessary to apologize for this.
Be careful when choosing a travel agency!
